Startup Blogs and News

I learned about this from Tim Berry’s blog on Entepreneur.com, another helpful resource:
Easily Create Your Own Survey

This tool is extremely easy to use and the end product looks great.
There’s a surprising amount of flexibility in the appearance of your form.
The link again is:
Backflip
Posted by: | CommentsIf you need to visit a list of specific websites every day (news sites, blogs, bank sites, forums, etc), here is an easy way to do it.
1. Sign up for a free backflip account.
2. In the “My Daily Routine” section, add the URLs of the sites you want to visit daily.
3. When you go online everyday, log in to backflip and click on “My Daily Routine”. The first site will appear within the Backflip “frame”. When you are finished with the first site, click “next”. Continue until you’ve worked through all the required sites.
This is the best method I’ve found, and it won’t cost you a dime.

Ray Edwards Leaves Testimonial For Darrel
Posted by: | CommentsIf you don’t have time to watch this short video, here is the text of Ray’s comments:
“Hi! This is copywriter Ray Edwards. You may know me because I have written copy for some of the top online marketers, and I have on occasion hired copywriters to write copy for me for some of my projects.
That list of copywriters is very short. And the list of copywriters that I have hired once and will hire a second time is unfortunately even shorter. And on that very short list of copywriters that I would recommend to my friends is Darrel Hawes.
Now here’s what I can tell you about Darrel. He knows how to write copy that gets results. Part of the reason is he has taken my copywriting training, he’s a student of mine so he’s learned my system for writing copy.
Secondly, he’s very conscientious about deadlines, he’s never missed a deadline for me and I am confident he’ll have the copy turned in on time for you as well.
And the third quality about Darrel that makes him unique, is that he will continue to keep working with you after the first draft is turned in to make sure that the copy is everything you wanted the copy to be in the beginning.
So I can’t think of a stronger recommendation to give you for Darrel Hawes except this one:
I’ve paid him money to write copy for me in the past, and I will pay him money to write copy for me in the future.”

Speed Money Seminar – Vancouver BC – May 8-10, 2008
Posted by: | CommentsGenhi and I just got back from the Speed Money Seminar in Vancouver, BC.
There was training sessions from Kirt Christensen, Armand Morin, Matt Bacak, Michel & Sylvie Fortin, Stu McLaren, Eric Graham, and Ray Edwards.
The training focused on tactics and strategies for generating money quickly, whether you’re a beginner, intermediate, or advanced marketer.
The event was video recorded, so DVDs should be available.
I don’t know if it will be held again, but if you’re interested at all, get on their mailing list:
